TOP TECHNOLOGY
At ARS we spent over a year of researching and creating our systems that we use today. We new that we wanted to only have a few systems meaning they had to be all inclusive. We also knew having a mobile version was a must have. It was all worth it in the end and find that our systems allow agents to be more productive with less time, better organized, and able to really enjoy time off, vacations and more with their entire business in the palm of their hands.
TRAINING
This industry can be tough, especially if you do not have guidance to getting things going. In addition this industry will take over your world if you let it. For that reason we do not simply focus on work work work, we want to make sure our agents have a healthy work life balance. So our trainings and coaching sessions cover things from contracts to negotiations, and from setting business/personal goals and creating a healthy routine that takes in to account your life and not just your business.
EDUCATION
While we offer the upfront training for newer agents or maybe agents that just need that help getting started we also offer continuous education, mentoring and training on pretty much anything you are interested in from wholesaling to fix and flips or how to work with commercial clients and more.
SUPPORT
The most important thing is that we are here for our agents. You are not a cog in the machine and you are never bothering us. We are here to help you learn and grow. We invest in our agents because we know they are worth it. We do not simply hire everyone like other brokerages we focus on quality over quantity which is how are are able to charge none of those extra fees and letting agent's take home the money the work so hard for.

Commission Structure
We offer two options for our agents to choose from. We find the newer agents just getting started take advantage of the 80/20 split that comes with no monthly cost or upfront fees giving them time to build up their business while the 100% commission option is better suited for the experienced agent doing 10 closings or more a year.

Annual Cap After 10 Closings
Cap is based on an average gross commission of $5,000. Once cap is hit agent receives 100% commission minus a $350.00 transaction fee for the rest of the year.
